This role is a crucial part of our legal department, providing comprehensive support to our attorneys in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support in California state and federal courts and a passion for detail-oriented work. Essential Job Functions: Assisting attorneys in the preparation of discovery documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs, including cite-checking of briefs. Preparing and coordinating service of deposition subpoenas and business record subpoenas, and following up to ensure documents are produced. Reviewing and summarizing medical records, depositions, and other case-related documents. Coordinating and managing timelines for various cases, ensuring all deadlines are met.
