Job Description Maintenance Technician (Nights Shift – 7pm to 7am) Work just 15 days a Month with a Rotating Schedule!!! (Bi-weekly Schedule: work Monday & Tuesday, off Wednesday & Thursday, work Friday, Saturday & Sunday, off Monday & Tuesday, work Wednesday & Thursday, off Friday Saturday & Sunday then the schedule starts over) Essential Job Responsibilities: Spends 95% of time troubleshooting and repairing production equipment. Understands and can describe the current status of all production machines on the floor. Works closely with shift supervisor to maintain machines in safe, efficient and quality process. Spends first 15 minutes of shift in turn over meeting with previous shift Maintenance Technicians. Before departing, shift Maintenance Technician will enter appropriate information in the maintenance Log and or other operating systems. Experience replacing heater bands, heat relays and troubleshooting heat zones. Working knowledge of servicing hydraulics and replacing hydraulic pumps.
