Responsible for preparing bulk blends according to blending instructions provided by the Blender/Product Mgmt. department. The incumbent performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials. The operator is responsible for drum and package filling. The operator may be assigned to any shift and may cross train with other plant operator positions. In the absence of this position, other Packaging Operators will provide backup. Primary Responsibilities: Food Safety is the responsibility of all Ventura Coastal manufacturing employees.
