Job description

Role Summary: This position works primarily in the Packaging Department and is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment. The Packager builds crates and skids, boxes parts, and verifies final products to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe delivery to customers. The role regularly requires working near moving mechanical parts and in a high-noise manufacturing environment, with occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and vibration. The Packager must follow all safety, quality, and company procedures while working efficiently with minimal supervision. This is a 1st shift position: Monday through Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM Responsibilities: Responsible for quality of work performed; work efficiently and to required specifications with minimal supervision. Understand and operate equipment properly and safely. Work in a high noise level environment. Be able to package products and build skids. Be able to use saws, tape measures, and nail guns. Quick response and handling of abnormal production task. Must wear safety protection according to company policy.
