Job Description: Care Home Gardener Hatfield Peverel Care Home, Chelmsford CM3 2NZ Salary: £13.10- £14.10 per hour: Perm contract: shift time 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm 40 hours 4 days per week We make health happen: Here at Bupa, we support those when they need it the most. You'll be responsible for the upkeep and care of the home’s gardens You’ll help us make health happen by: Maintaining lawns, looking after flowerbeds, borders and hedges, weeding and pruning our shrubs and small trees Advise the Home Manager on potential gardening issues and help to plan areas that require improvement Occasionally, you will assist the Maintenance team with other ad hoc duties in and around the home. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: With a passion for gardening, you will take real pride in your work. You will enjoy maintaining and developing the home’s gardens, ensuring our residents can enjoy the pleasant and relaxing environment.
