Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications: - Experience owning advanced spreadsheets and extracting insights from large datasets. - Experience developing frameworks for financial storytelling to executive audiences. - Experience with driver-based forecasting and planning. - Ability to navigate ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.
