Purpose of this Position: The Sales Services Analyst must have a detailed understanding of both the Software and the trucking industry. This person must be able to review business requirements and offer software or process related solutions to meet those needs. The primary duty for this position is to support the core Sales group in their sales efforts for new business prospects and upgrade customers. These day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Support - Customer and Prospect Discovery The Sales Service Analyst is an important part of the team that helps understand our customer requirements and how our software and services can be used to that end. - Participate in the Customer/Prospect Discovery process as needed to support the best understanding of the customer’s software and service’s needs. This may include the creation and distribution of the discovery documents and conducting the interviews with the prospect and their employees and compiling the results into reports.
