This Opportunity WSP USA, Inc. is seeking a Carolinas Water Resources Practice Lead t o accelerate our growth and advance our performance in water resources across North Carolina and South Carolina. This role provides leadership for a multi-office Water Resources team across North and South Carolina, supporting municipal, agency, and private-sector clients on complex flood resilience, stormwater, and coastal projects. Our Water Resources practice area encompasses drainage and stormwater management, green infrastructure design and stormwater management, coastal and fluvial resiliency, stormwater conveyance, and site civil design. You will set the tone for culture, drive operational excellence, expand strategic client relationships, and serve as a visible water leader in our industry. In this role, you will be part of the delivery of transformational projects for municipalities, agencies, developers and institutions in the Carolinas.
