American Airlines – The Landing at Skyview 6 The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department during assigned shift while ensuring the cleanliness of the guest rooms, public washrooms, corridors, lobby, public areas and hotel offices, safeguarding that all housekeeping activities are carried out professionally, to standards, and at the highest level of service. RESPONSIBILITIES: REQUIREMENTS: - Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner. - Maintain a professional, warm, and friendly working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, team members and other departments. - Use proper two-way radio and/or cell phone etiquette when communicating with other team members. - Ensures that all housekeeping carts are stocked with proper supplies. - Ensures that all equipment is distributed to the Room Attendants & Public Space Attendants and maintained in proper operating order. - Ensures that all supply closets are stocked. - Follows up on Room Attendant assignments daily. - Inspects and updates status of all guest rooms and areas assigned...
