Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Full-Time | Outpatient | Tyler, Texas At H2 Health, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, play-based therapy while supporting children and families in a collaborative, team-driven environment. Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delays, developmental delays, social communication challenges, articulation disorders, phonological disorders, and feeding or oral-motor difficulties. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help children develop communication skills and functional language abilities. Your Role: - Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist - Provide hands-on therapy focused on articulation, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and feeding goals - Use play-based and structured interventions to promote engagement and progress - Document treatment sessions accurately in Raintree EMR - Communicate effectively with sup...
