Role Description The Global Product Owner for the Colleague Assistant (HR Domain) leads the strategic direction, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of the Colleague Assistant across 70+ markets. This role is accountable for ensuring the product achieves business objectives, drives global adoption, and delivers measurable value to the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILIITIES: End-to-End Accountability: - Own the business case and continuously refine the value proposition for the Colleague Assistant (HR Domain). - Establish, track, and report on KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and impact. - Ensure delivery outcomes align with business goals, maintaining accountability from ideation to value realization.
