Job Title: Product Specialist Department: Product Management Location: Hybrid (Regular on-site presence required; travel as needed) Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary: The Product Specialist supports the execution, optimization, and day-to-day product management operations for assigned Outdoor Power Equipment product lines, with a strong emphasis on retail execution, product data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination. This hands-on role will work closely with Product Line Management to execute strategic initiatives as well as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and external retail partners to ensure products are accurately specified and effectively merchandised. The role blends tactical product management, retail merchandising support, and product data governance, ensuring successful product lifecycle execution from sourcing and launch through retail execution and ongoing support.
