Department: 02037 GCMG Psychiatry Virtual Transition Care: Billingsley - Behavioral Health: Telepsychiatry Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 20 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 2 10-hour shifts per week ( Saturday/Sunday 0830-1900) *This is a telecommute position Pay Range: $33.05 - $49.60 Job Summary: We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Virtual Transition Care team as a Telemental Health Clinician II. In this role, you would be providing support to patients who are discharging from acute behavioral health care. The team is comprised of mental health clinicians that provide telephonic outreach to address individual needs, connection to community resources, and emotional support to patients post-discharge. This position offers flexibility of remote work while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
