Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team Travel Consultant, ERM (Remote): Full time, Netherlands, Finland, Luxembourg, Denmark, Italy, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom The Travel Consultant, ERM is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming contacts requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.) and handling additional duties as assigned within a global, mutli- regional setup. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer and provide active travel consultation towards the business customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related products. You will provide exceptional service which exceeds client expectations and effectively manage and control all facets of travel arrangements, as requested by our clients.
