Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Director of Workplace Safety and Security is responsible for all aspects of site security and safety for all Agency settings. This position will utilize a unique blend of skills and competencies to perform the job effectively. The Senior Director of Workplace Safety and Security will be responsible for the development, creation, and implementation of Agency policies and procedures concerning, but not limited to, Site Security, Key/Access Control, Video Monitoring, Emergency Response, and Safety. The Senior Director of Workplace Safety and Security will also be responsible for ensuring contractors and vendors follow appropriate state agency’s requirements for maintaining compliance when dealing with security, fire, and life safety systems.
