Heavy Civil Foreman Location: Maui, Hawaiʻi: Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Department: Civil Compensation: $55 - $65 / hour The Opportunity: Alpha Inc. is looking for a Civil Foreman who leads from the front — someone who commands respect on the jobsite, protects their crew like family, and delivers work that stands the test of time. This is not a clipboard-only role. This is boots on the ground, eyes on safety, hands on the plan, and full ownership of outcomes. You are the connection point between strategy and execution , management and crew , plans on paper and iron in the dirt .
