Job Summary: Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution business in (West Valley City, UT). We offer competitive pay and benefits! Will make an impact in the following ways: - Provide customer parts counter support including answering calls, assisting walk-in customers, and processing orders - Complete all required paperwork and accurately process cash, check, and credit card transactions - Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by responding to needs and resolving issues in a timely manner - Utilize systems, catalogs, and collaborate with technicians to identify and source parts efficiently - Support inventory management, shipping/receiving, warehouse activities, and stock control as needed - Assist in sourcing complex parts requests and identifying cost-effective alternatives under supervision - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and warehouse environment - Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, po...
