The Finance Director, Sales and Marketing is a key strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, providing critical financial leadership and insight to drive business growth. In this role, you will oversee financial planning and analysis for the sales and marketing functions, with a particular focus on sales performance, incentive compensation, and marketing ROI. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's revenue goals, while ensuring fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and optimizing resource allocation.
