Production Manager

Job description

Role: We’re hiring a Production Manager to build and lead the production infrastructure behind ACQ Media and the personal brands of Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa. This role is for someone who has managed full production pipelines at scale and can point to predictable, studio-level execution across multiple concurrent projects. ACQ Media is the in-house media engine producing long-form series, podcasts, and daily short-form content that reaches millions globally. Our media is engineered to drive measurable brand growth and business impact. We operate like a studio with structured workflows, repeatable systems, performance visibility, and AI-native production infrastructure. In this role, you will own the operational backbone of our media department across pre-production, filming, and post-production handoffs, often managing two to three production batches simultaneously. You will oversee casting workflows, run-of-show development, vendor coordination, crew logistics, budgeting, asset integrity, and cross-functional communication while ensuring execution remains predictable as output scales.
