Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager to support a key client's K-12 School District construction program in Richmond, CA. The Project Manager will be partnering with project, program, and client leadership to provide premier educational facilities of the highest quality. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost. Value Engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal. Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
