Key Accountabilities: Lead the development and execution of the hotel’s annual Sales, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, and Brand Marketing strategies to achieve ambitious room, banquet, and total hotel revenue targets. Drive the commercial strategy across all key market segments (corporate, consortia, leisure/wholesale, partnerships, government, MICE), ensuring an optimal business mix and maximising profitability. Oversee revenue optimisation and pricing strategy, including forecasting, inventory controls, competitive analysis, OTA performance, and the effectiveness of the reservations function to ensure strong yield and market position...
