CSI Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, NYSE traded company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist. The CNC Machinist performs all machining operations required to produce finished products. Work from blueprints, specifications, job layouts, and written and/or oral instructions for the successful set-up and operation of CNC machines, dimensional inspection, data collection, and paperwork completion under limited supervision. This is a 1st Shift Position Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm. Overtime as necessary on Fridays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and detailed drawing - Monitors and adjusts schedule to respond to internal production requirements - Troubleshoot parts and machine problems - Set-up and operate CNC machines to very close tolerances. - Use calipers or other measuring instruments in order to perform quality control checks on parts in-process and upon completion. - Ability to build tooling. - Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner. - Recommend changes to processes or procedures to improve quality and productivity. - Exercise care and safe work practices - work requir...
