Job DetailsJob Location: NPS - Foxborough, MA 02035Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 HourlySUMMARY: The Suite Busser works in cooperation with the Suite Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external Suite guests. Suite Bussers are responsible for set-up, delivery of all Suites food and beverage, assisting the Suite Attendant in serving guests and bussing tables and counters in Suites, removing all used food service dishes from the Suite. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with the Suite Attendant to deliver first class customer service to all guests in the Luxury Suites Ensure all Suite special requests and needs are met and communicated to management Ability to set-up Suite events with attention to service details and departmental standards. Ability to meet Suite service standards including, but not limited to, bussing, food handling and food safety, Suite deliveries Thoroughly break-down and clean-up all equipment and supplies following Suite events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverage.
