This position will also provide support to the Director of Sales as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise all room reservation activity under the direction of the Assistant Director of Front Office Respond to email reservation requests within four hours Answer the phone within three rings for incoming reservations and front desk calls Accountable for all guest reservations including retail, negotiated corporate, OTA, consortia, promotions, packages as well as, group and other areas as needed Maintain distribution channels and the booking engine including consortia (e.g., AMEX and Virtuoso) OTA (Expedia, Booking.com and Tablet) and booking engine (Synxis).
