Job Type: Full-Time Bushburg is seeking a professional and service-oriented Luxury Residential Concierge to join our team at a newly developed residential property in Brooklyn. This role is responsible for delivering a high level of hospitality to residents while maintaining a safe and welcoming lobby environment. Responsibilities: Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a warm and professional manner. Monitor lobby activity and manage building access to ensure resident safety. Assist residents with packages, deliveries, and general service requests. Answer phone calls and provide building information or directions as needed. Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with the maintenance team. Maintain a clean, organized lobby and concierge desk area. Log visitors and contractors and monitor security cameras for unusual activity. Track and manage building keys when required. Respond to emergencies following building procedures. Support management with resident requests and day-to-day operations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a luxury residential building, hotel, or hospitality environment.
