Description $16.50 hr. and a Free YMCA Membership The YMCA Power Scholars Academy (PSA) summer learning program is designed to address summer learning loss for low-income children living in urban communities and thereby enhance overall youth development, academic performance, and graduation rates. Under the general direction of the Program Director, the Enrichment Assistant (EA) is responsible for supervision, support of the academic elements of the Power Scholars Academy as well as the planning, implementing, and organizing the daily enrichment activities in the program. Major emphasis is on youth development and program compliance. The position is responsible for demonstrating YMCA leadership competencies to ensure the mission, purpose, image and core values of the YMCA of Greater Rochester is conveyed.
