Looking for a role where you can make a real impact across borders? We’re on the lookout for an HR Business Partner to join our team, based at our Gaydon headquarters and supporting key operations across Germany and the USA. These may be smaller teams, but they play a critical role in driving revenue across our global business, so what you do will really matter. Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll build strong relationships with managers and become their go-to for practical, people-focused advice. Whether it’s guiding them through performance conversations, supporting employee relations matters, or helping shape team engagement, you’ll be right at the heart of it. Day to day, you’ll be answering queries, coaching managers, and making sure HR processes run smoothly and compliantly across both regions. You’ll also partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and HR Operations teams, and contribute to a range of local and global HR projects. There’s plenty of variety, and no two days will feel the same.
