Golf Course Director of Agronomy

Job description

The Director of Agronomy at Washington National Golf Club manages all golf course maintenance, equipment fleet, club house grounds, landscaping & related structures and buildings (pump stations, comfort stations, etc.). You are also directly involved in hiring, training and providing direction for team members within company set processes and guidelines. In conjunction with the property General Manager, you are responsible for meeting or exceeding the established standards for guest satisfaction as well as labor and operating expense control/management. Additionally, you will provide oversight, support & direction to the other 7 Oki Golf properties/Superintendents. This position reports to the General Manager at Washington National with a dotted line to the Director of Operations.
