Contract Length: 9 month Reports To: Department Chair, Automotive Service and Collision Repair Position Status: FT - Full-Time Posted Pay Range: $50,000 - $61,000 The Automotive Service Instructor plays a key role in preparing students for successful careers in the automotive and collision repair industries through hands-on, industry-focused instruction. This position delivers engaging classroom and shop-based learning experiences in automotive diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and emerging vehicle technologies while fostering a safety-first, student-centered environment. Faculty members mentor and advise students, collaborate on curriculum development, and help ensure programs remain aligned with current industry standards and workforce demands. Instructors are expected to bring real-world automotive expertise into the lab, support student achievement, and contribute to the continued growth and excellence of CWI’s Automotive Service and Collision Repair programs.
