Job Description: The Deployment Lead is responsible for leading complex client onboarding and deployment initiatives across NIQ products, with a strong emphasis on change management, cross-functional coordination, and client readiness. This role serves as the primary client-facing deployment and onboarding owner for both new and existing clients, ensuring successful product deployment, effective client adoption, and a smooth transition to account teams for ongoing client management. The Deployment Lead partners closely with Product, Operations, Sales, and Client Success / Insights teams to translate contractual scope and product changes into clear, actionable deployment plans that balance client needs with operational realities, mitigate client risk, and drive long-term client health.
