Bluehost Group is seeking a Principal UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences across our diverse product portfolios and portals. This role involves driving UX strategy, mentoring designers, and ensuring high-quality design execution that aligns with business objectives and user needs. Own UX design end-to-end for Bluehost Group portal surfaces including the post-login experiences across multiple digital properties Drive design decisions from customer problem through hi-fi deliverable — including journey mapping, interaction design, and dev-ready handoff with complete specs and annotations Contribute actively to the Bluehost design system — authoring reusable components, interaction patterns, and templates that scale across the portal Partner with PMs to review lo-fi prototypes before hi-...
