What’s the Role: As a Service Owner you will be working with key business stakeholders and Agile development teams, and managing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that it aligns with the overall Service strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support Data Platform and related Services. - Maintain a vision for the Service and communicate it to the stakeholders and project teams. - Based on the latest Cloud and data platforms technologies, manage the operational requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs. - Manage service risks and issues and lead the team and work with stakeholders to improve operations maturity - Understanding of how service integrates with others and support others managing a portfolio of applications and services in line with the broader business and GroupTech strategies. - Accountable for quality of system health and related activities such as problem management. - Using DevSecOps and automation to deliver the benefits of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
