About This Role: SpartanX is seeking a Director of Construction Operations to oversee and scale residential solar construction operations throughout Iowa. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance across installation, electrical, service, scheduling, quality control, and field execution while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
