About the role Working as a senior contributor within Administration Platforms, this role is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and effective operation of MUFG’s administration platforms across Australia and Hong Kong. The role provides deep technical expertise and production support across the application lifecycle, acting as a trusted escalation point for complex incidents, root cause analysis, and data or system integrity issues. The Senior Application Specialist is actively involved in the assessment and design of solutions for large or complex changes, providing input to ensure solutions are operationally sound, supportable, resilient, and aligned to production and control requirements. The role contributes to the continuous improvement of platform reliability, support processes, and controls, while collaborating closely with technology, operations, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
