Description Human Resources Business Partner Chicago Family Health Centers is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and play a central role in shaping the employee experience across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will drive strategic HR initiatives—from talent acquisition and workforce planning to employee engagement and compliance—while partnering closely with leadership to build a workplace culture rooted in excellence, equity, and care.
