A Day in the Life: The Assembler III role at Medtronic’s Billerica (Affera) site supports production and quality operations involved in the assembly and inspection of catheter-based devices used in cardiac ablation procedures. Working across OP 50 or Quality Inspection, this position plays a critical role in building, verifying, and ensuring the quality of highly precise, regulated medical devices within a cleanroom environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and inspection criteria. Team members contribute directly to patient safety by performing complex assembly, soldering, inspection, and documentation activities that uphold Medtronic’s quality and regulatory standards.
