Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – Palo Alto 3441 Alma St, Suite 200, Palo Alto, CA 94306 Join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic clinic where clinical autonomy, mentorship, and growth are part of everyday practice. At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you’ll be part of a clinician-led team committed to providing exceptional, hands-on care in a supportive environment.
