Contract Data Analyst (Policy & Planning) — Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) 12-month contract Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the Policy & Planning department. This role researches and analyzes housing, economic, and demographic conditions and trends, as well as state, local, and federal initiatives and policies impacting the organization's programs and activities. The analyst will evaluate internal data in relation to housing needs and help translate insights into clear, decision-ready outputs. A key focus of this position is to finalize the creation of the Policy & Planning "legacy database” and support its integration within the organization's broader data programs.
