Production Team Lead (2nd Shift)

As a Packaging Operations Lead, you’ll be at the center of a fast-moving production environment, helping shape how our packaging operations scale, improve, and succeed. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend time on the floor supporting the team, solving problems in real time, and making a visible impact every day. You’ll help build and develop a strong production team, ensure smooth and accurate operations, and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and safety. You’ll also play a key role in bringing new ideas to life—from process improvements to new products and packaging innovations.
