VP of Engineering Location: Leuven (BE) – with close collaboration across Munich and other European hubs Build the Category Leader in Mobile App Security Guardsquare is the global leader in mobile application protection. We protect 1000+ customers across 85+ countries, securing more than 6 billion mobile devices worldwide. With a team of ~200 people, we are now entering an ambitious new chapter. Our goal is bold: become the undisputed category king in mobile application security in the next 5 years. To achieve this, we are seeking an exceptional VP of Engineering — a dedicated builder and people leader — to achieve our goals. The Opportunity: You will lead and scale an R&D organization of 100+ engineers, primarily in Leuven & Munich, with additional teams across other European hubs. You will focus on creating alignment and driving delivery across the various teams.
