Mental Health Workers provide supervised therapeutic services to youth with behavioral and emotional difficulties for the purpose of meeting the goals of each youth’s Treatment Plan in a safe and positive environment. Supervision is exercised over several youth on an assigned shift. Because an employee is this position is located in a work environment associated with unstable youth, the work may involve an element of personal danger. Starting Salary Range: Full Time Positions: $18.12 - $20.39 per hour. Salary reflects steps 1-5 of an 11-step pay schedule. The starting salary will be determined based on the applicant’s education and relevant experience. Relief Positions: $17.12 - $19.27 per hour. Salary reflects steps 1-5 of an 11-step pay schedule.
