Schedule: - Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Location: - Wednesdays: University Blvd - Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: Carmel facility Role Focus: This position is primarily surgery scheduling–focused . ✔️ No patient check‑in or check‑out responsibilities Top Responsibilities: - Schedule cosmetic and dermatologic surgeries - Contact patients with pre‑procedure instructions - Send clinical notes to referring physicians - Facilitate patient flow in a timely, accurate, and professional manner - Schedule appointments and obtain appropriate demographic and financial information - Explain department/hospital charges and policies - Validate and enter charges into appropriate systems - Collect necessary patient payments - Answer incoming calls and direct patients and visitors appropriately What Success Looks Like: - 3 Months: Able to work independently while still partnering closely with a mentor - 6 Months: Mostly independent, with minimal questions - 12 Months: Fully independent and confident in all responsibilities Top Skills for Success: - Able to work independently - Comfortable asking questions - Self‑starter with strong follow‑through - Healthcare background is helpful , thou...
