Description JOB OVERVIEW: The Electrical Estimator is responsible for coordinating and preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical projects. This role involves analyzing project specifications, collaborating with all teams to ensure that all estimates align with company standards and client requirements. The Electrical Estimator plays a crucial role in securing new projects and supporting the successful execution of existing ones. Requirements: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Determine the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for electrical construction projects. - Research electrical project documents and analyze specifications. - Prepare estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling electrical project work. - Manage pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions. - Prepare estimates to meet project timelines, such as setting work hours, sequencing tasks, obtaining materials, and securing the best deals with vendors and subcontractors. - Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements. - Ensure that relevant documents and budgets are submitted before a bid deadline. - Regularly report to management and keep clients updated on the pr...
