Job description

Position Summary: Reporting to the Director, Engineering Major Projects & Automation; this role is accountable for the successful program management of Major Capital projects and co-ordination of resources to meet the strategic and tactical objectives of the organization. The individual will be work closely with cross-function leaders, senior business leaders, stakeholders and engineers to ensure effective development, priority setting, management and reporting of the project portfolio. This individual will also be responsible for the development, control and management of the Sofina Engineering Standards and Systems for capital management, including CapEx documentation of the approval process. Requirements: Hiring Range: CAD $84,000 - $120,000 Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus up to 10.0% of base salary subject to the plan terms and conditions. Please note that the expected hiring range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Sofina.
