Job Description: Job Summary: The role of the Senior Consultant, Product Implementation is to support hospital customers in achieving their business objectives by optimizing the utilization of Pharmacy Automation systems. This position provides leadership for installation projects and ongoing customer education. The position serves as the primary site liaison between the customer and other departments (Sales, Technical Support, Clinical Support) and coordinates resources for implementation and training. Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating the delivery of equipment, software, supplies, technical support and services to meet or exceed customer expectations.
