ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Services. Responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation functions where need within the facility. Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors/spills, dust moping, cleaning tables, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning/ stocking restrooms. Stocking, maintaining and transporting housekeeping supply carts daily. Using appropriate equipment and supplies where required.
