The VP – Associate General Counsel is responsible for ensuring the Company's public disclosures are accurate, timely, complete and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and best practices. This role leads the Disclosure Committee and provides oversight of disclosure controls and procedures. Additionally, this role supports all corporate governance matters. This role is responsible for providing secretarial support to the Board of Directors and is a senior advisor to the CEO and Board on these and related matters.
