Job DetailsJob Location: TX-LEGACY - Houston, TX 77066Position Type: Full Time Position Overview: Flowco is seeking a Senior Digital Architect & Lift Applications engineer to drive the next generation of AI- powered production optimization tools for artificial lift innovation, and digital engineering platforms. Candidate focus will be on deep domain expertise in artificial lift (Gas Lift, Plunger Lift, ESP, etc.), Full-stack software development, and AI/LLM-driven engineering workflows The position will lead the design and deployment of intelligent production systems capable of analyzing, optimizing, and automating oil & gas well performance at scale, transforming Flowco into a technology-driven, data-first production partner. Technology Development & Innovation: Contribute to R&D initiatives to expand application envelopes of Artificial Lift production and optimization platform technologies Support development and field deployment of new systems and support of existing systems Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions Participate in technical publications, industry conferences, and knowledge sharing Work within multidisciplinary teams, Inter...
