Job Type Full-time Description: Who we are looking for... We are seeking a Senior Engineer / Project Manager responsible for overseeing specific projects and assignments by either leading or participating as part of a team to provide designs for roadway and highway improvement projects. The Senior Engineer / Project Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction. The following skills will be required for this position: - Develop and analyze the project scope, organize the work on the project and set forth the procedures to be employed in accomplishing the project. - Use analytical and observation skills to set a project course or direction, which fulfills the vision and expectations of the client. - Oversee and coordinate with multiple teams both within the Organization and outside the Organization to ensure project milestones, objectives and expectations are met and satisfied. - Review, analyze and efficiently daily communications with clients and internal team members to ensure technical questions and critical priorities are addressed. - Meet with existing clients and prospective clients to effectively communicate, and gain knowl...
