The Role This position will support the Asset Management department to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio. You will primarily assist in asset management activities for our commercial (office) real estate portfolio. Job Responsibilities: - Maintaining portfolio databases including financial information, monitoring external property managers’ activities and deliverables, establishing asset management or property management practices, drafting of asset management related documentation, and participating in monthly asset management meetings. - Assist in asset management reporting across the portfolio which include preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and maintenance of financial models. - Participate in leasing activities including preparation of lease memos, financial analysis of prospective leases, research and maintenance of leasing database, and preparation of individual tenant's underwriting files. - Assist in preparation and maintenance of financial reports and variance analysis, preparation and monitoring of budgets, and financial modeling of the assets. - Other responsibilities include working closely with external...
